great location spacious suite difficult communication incorrect charge
the location was great. i could easily access the beach from the hotel. the ocean front queen suite with two queen beds was spacious, and it matched the photos i saw online.
i found communication with the hotel before my stay difficult. there was a lack of responsiveness, and at check-out, i was charged incorrectly for a dinner, it was a u$ 161 charge, and it was not mine!

adequate stay with issues
rude staff missed flight
the room overlooked the atlantic and i could hear the ocean clearly with the door open.
The front desk staff behaved strangely. They seemed annoyed when i extended my stay. they did not provide the requested wake-up call on the last day. this almost caused me to miss my flight.

wonderful beachfront experience
helpful staff restaurant workers
The front desk staff was really helpful, they answered all my questions. i especially appreciated that a pack and play for my son was already in the ocean front queen suite two queen beds. the restaurant workers were very inviting. I knew i could ask them anything.
valet parking was the only option, and it felt inconvenient though i am not familiar with the parking situation. i wish the hotel would provide more clarity on parking alternatives.

Renford at ocean 2000 was very attentive and helpful with recommendations. His service was great. the guys on the beach set everything up and brought food plus drinks quickly. nicole provided the best customer service. She cared about us.

weak water pressure lukewarm water
The beach service was acceptable. Staff helped find a spot and placed the umbrella. The beach itself was super clean.
The hotel fell short of what I expected. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. There was no hot water one day. An engineer came but did not seem to know much. He stated the water temperature was set low to prevent scalding (what a joke).
